had a great time in protaras staying at this villa. perfect location, close to the beach and market. clean and spacious with a big pool. everything we needed was provided, even some goodies for lunch. the host was very helpful, especially with our kids. highly recommend it!
some fire ants on the property, a sting here and there.

I recently stayed at a lovely villa in Protaras and had a wonderful time. The villa was spacious and had a beautiful pool area where I enjoyed relaxing in the sun. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was bright and airy. The host, Chrysia, was extremely helpful and even provided a selection of toys for my grandson. The villa was also conveniently located, just a short stroll from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Protaras.

A/C: The air-conditioning in the villa was a true lifesaver during the summer heat. It kept us cool and comfortable throughout our entire stay, just like being in a refreshing oasis.
Minor Ant Issue: We encountered some tiny red ants on the outside of the property. Although it didn't affect our overall experience, we had to keep sweeping them up.

The villa was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing New Year getaway. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the option to have it heated was a nice touch. the location was great, with a short walk to the beach promenade where we could take a dip in multiple beaches. It was also close enough for a leisurely stroll to Fig Tree Bay, which was a beautiful spot.
We experienced some issues with the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a mid-stay cleaning or at least the option to request it.

The villa was amazing! It had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Plus, the flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch for some downtime.
Personally, I would've preferred if there were more bathrooms. But that's just me!
